Wendy Chant has presented a book that not only explains the science behind the body’s reactions to food and exercise, but also details how to take advantage of these natural tendencies.
Chant’s book is a quick read because she explains the fat-loss code in simple, readily understandable terms. She also outlines all the principles involved in optimizing fat-loss (like the meal plan cycles) in straightforward bulleted paragraphs and in-a-nutshell “Conquer the Code” boxes for quick comprehension and reference. Testimonials to the success of the Fat-Loss Code (inserted in the book as “What the Code Crackers Are Saying”) are short stories that add to the credibility of the method.
Chant’s book is also a long-term guide because it has a complete 8-week planner that lists daily food suggestions, weight training and cardio schedules, and a feedback log complete with the day’s affirmation. |THIS PROGRAM REALLY WORKS!!,
I have been on this program since Jan. 3, 2009. I’ve tried every program known to man since going thru menopause and it has worked great for me. You get to eat soooo much food and it is all food you buy in the grocery store. It was a little confusing in the beginning and took awhile to learn “the language” of the book but once you do, it comes so natural what to do. (I’ve lost 22 lbs and lots of inches. I was in a tight size 16 and now size 14′s are getting too big.) This is a fat loss program,not a weight loss program. Due to chronic pain issues, my exercise is limited but I’ve still had great results. Wendy Chant has changed my life and I feel so “in control” of my way of eating with her guidance. I followed CRACK THE FAT LOSS CODE. I plan to purchase CONQUER THE FAT LOSS CODE soon. This book is worth every penny. By the way, you get Carb up days and cheat days which I think helps you stay on program and not have cravings. Best of luck!

|Target Information – Worth price but…,
I got this and also purchased The 5-Second Flat Belly Secret – Lose 2-3 Inches from Your Belly in Less Than 1 Month the same day and I am enjoying and learning from both of them. I think the free price of this MUST be kept in mind when you read it – for some reason other reviewers are dissing this a bit and I think that is unfair. It delivers what it says. If you want to spend some money for a content with slightly more PUNCH you can certainly get one of several titles out there, but this is more than worth what is charged.

|Super, especially for the price,
We got this and The Ultimate Diet Guide – For Busy Women! No Starving, No Food Restrictions, No Gym Workouts Required!. Both are great for being quick reads. This one surprised us as we expected nothing from a “free” book but it has lots of techniques we hadn’t thought of before. Don’t rule out low-priced Kindle books, especially the more established diet books that rank high in searches as there are lots of pearls here.

Interesting concept on losing weight, but some good advice. Had some prectical workouts. But since it’s listed as “Animal Kingdom” there are a lot of comparsions to animals and how they eat and exercise. It was a free download to the kindle.
